COMMUNITY HOUSING IMPACT AND PRESERVATION PROGRAM (CHIP)

The Hancock County Community Housing Impact and Preservation program, in partnership with the City of Findlay, provides no-cost home repairs or rehabilitation for income-eligible homeowners who reside in Hancock County. Repairs may include plumbing, electrical, roof, furnace, ADA modifications, water heater, insulation, and other needs.

Hancock County is able to offer this opportunity with funding from the Ohio Development Service Agency, Office of Community Development (OCD).

Great Lakes Community Action Partnership (GLCAP) administers the Community Housing Impact & Preservation (CHIP) Home Repair program on behalf of Hancock County.
